Refund policy


Our return policy is 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since purchase , we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
As a condition of return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please make sure to return the item in the original packaging used when you received it. Some items are exempt from returns.
Please note that we cannot return perishable items such as food and fresh flowers, or newspapers and magazines.
Items that come in direct contact with the skin, sanitary products, hazardous substances, or items containing flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

Purchased items cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

Only a portion of the product price will be refunded in the following circumstances:

Items marked as a gift at the time of gift purchase and shipped directly to you will be refunded with a gift certificate equivalent to the value of the item upon return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of your return.
