Refund policy

　

Our return policy is 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since purchase , we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
As a condition of return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please make sure to return the item in the original packaging used when you received it. Some items are exempt from returns.
Please note that we cannot return perishable items such as food and fresh flowers, or newspapers and magazines.
Items that come in direct contact with the skin, sanitary products, hazardous substances, or items containing flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
Other Non-Returnable Items : * Gift Cards * Downloadable Software Products * Health and Personal Care Products A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Purchased items cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

Only a portion of the product price will be refunded in the following circumstances:

* Items that differ from their original condition and are damaged or partially missing due to reasons not attributable to our company.

* Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your returned merchandise.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Unprocessed Refund (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please double check your bank account first.

If the information you entered is correct, please contact your credit card company.

After we complete the refund process, it may take some time before the refund is actually issued.

Sale Items (if applicable) We accept refunds for full price items, but not for sale items.

Replacement (if applicable) We will only replace defective or damaged items.

Items marked as a gift at the time of gift purchase and shipped directly to you will be refunded with a gift certificate equivalent to the value of the item upon return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift was handed over to you after the gift was received by the giver himself, the refund will be made to the giver when you return it, The giver will also be notified that you have returned the item.

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product. Please note that refunds do not include shipping charges. If you request a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the value of the returned item exceeds ¥75 , please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return.
